Managing files and folders

  1. New folders can be created using the ‘Add Folder’ icon.
  2. To put a file in the folder, click once on the folder you’ve created, this will open it.
  3. Upload your file(s) – they will be added to your new folder.
  4. The files within a folder will be displayed below the open folder icon.

Trouble shooting:
if you place a document in the wrong folder or outside a folder, delete the file and re-upload to the correct place.

To use the accountancy document system

You will receive an approval email, followed by security checks from one of our team and then be assigned a personal Client Zone folder.

Files can be uploaded, downloaded, moved to different folders just like on your local computer or tablet.

For added safety, we restrict the file types to PDF, Doc, Docx, PPT, Excel, RTF, jpg, png, and gif. Please contact us if you have differing requirements.
